[SOLVED] Hosted Network Couldn't Start / Windows 7 Wireless Adapter Can't Detect Networks

I wanted to share my USB 3G network with mHotSpot software. I opened CMD as "Run As Administrator" but there was an error: "The hosted network couldn't be started. The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation."

Second error I had is that I my internal and USB wireless adapter couldn't find any networks.

FIX:
I reinstalled Windows 7 Ultimate. Most of my drivers were there. Some which wasn't there I installed it via CD I get with my laptop.

I Updated my wireless driver for USB and internal adapter.

I opened CMD - "Run As Administrator"
C:\Windows\system32>netsh wlan show drivers

If that red line says YES, you are fine.

You need to have Microsoft Miniport Wireless Adapter. To enable it use this command
C:\Windows\system32>netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow
The hosted network mode has been set to allow
Next and final step, start hosted network
C:\Windows\system32>netsh wlan start hostednetwork
The hosted network started.
Now you can start host spot with mHotSpot. That worked for me.
